I was just coming to post those! Alex was the first person I thought of when I saw the statue with the MtG pieces. So I ran to him asking if he could get us more info. Boy did he deliver.

Not convinced by that pose, that base and that skin color. Disappointed. Still a nicely done statue.

PCS has expressed interest in doing him too.

I think he looks great. Not my ideal artistic representation, but that?s purely subjective. I like Todd Lockwood?s art of him on the Salvatore covers but was always wish washy on that armor. However I love the practical look of his gear in the art of Drizzt in the back of the 5e book Tyranny of Dragons. XM?s version is a close mix of the two so I?ll take it.

Maybe PCS does one too and uses Lockwoods are as reference and we get choices.

Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.

You literally hit all of my exact thoughts. I also don't get why 'Twinkle' (one of his scimitars) was painted gold

Nicely done statue and the portrait is amazing, but the skin feels too light, the pose is a little awkward, and not sure what to make of the base. I'd have preferred snow.

Drizzt and Artemis Entreri are my favorite D&D Characters but this feels a little off

Yep! That's Lockwood version that comes to my mind for Drizzt. Also not a fan of the armor. Wish we could have switchable parts or an other version. Maybe PCS indeed.
...
Also wish somebody who makes 1/4 statues under 1k2$ could make one...

I see now a lot of Hasbro Drizzt products where he looks like the XM statue. I mean almost white instead of almost black. Is this the new official design? I still have a design in my head from 20 years ago...

Edit to avoid double posting:

Yeah that base reminds me of the cheap little statues of dragons and skeletals we could buy at gift shops like 20 years ago (again, damn we're old)!
