It was not the Dark Knight Returns...nor was it trying to be...nor year one. If Schumacker was going for that, it would have been a phenomenal fail...but I think he was trying to blur the lines between campy Adam West Batman, Comic Batman and Burton's Batman. Like I said, the last failed miserably...but the third was my favorite out of the series. 6 things that had going for it which made it a standout.
Best Batman and Robin uniforms of the series.
Robin was a main character and was played pretty well I thought by Chris O Donnell.
Style (visuals) was cool as hell
Cool villains (I thought Jim Carey was awesome...and he was supposed to be over the top on purpose). Two Face makeup was lackluster, but TL did a fun job on him.
Great sound effects and cool music as well.
I personally like Val Kilmer the best of all Batmans in that series. However, I give MK best Bruce Wayne performance.
