Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

They're replicating the one in the museum. Hopefully, there will be another!

Yeah, as mentioned before, a mod can feel free to move this to the correct section. It was created during the confusing announcement that Prime 1 were working on all of the maquettes which has subsequently been found not to be the case here sadly.

Anyway, I havn't mentioned in a few days how Frickin in love with this statue I am, Bring it on!!

I'm with ya on this, LOVE this as well! This piece excites me the most. The size at 1/3 is going to be AMAZING. I have the Sano 1/5 and imo is the BEST. If CP knocks this out of the park, this guy is dethroned.

Hopefully not much longer. Here's to hoping that Coolprops are busy finding a production facility that can do this one justice.

Well first, it's an Alien, so it's movements don't necessarily have to reflect that of humans (even though this is a guy in a suit) We saw the Alien make some real weird movements. But the main reason, it's intended to be a museum pose exactly the same as the real suit is currently displayed at the Giger museum today. This thing is all about the creature design, it's about appreciating the beautiful design that Giger came up with, and that CP replicated very well indeed. No fancy pose, or base, just the Alien standing tall to be marveled at. If Prime 1 wish to make one with a more dynamic, but faithful pose later, that's fine by me! But CP set out with a very specific goal with this one, and they achieved it. I'm surprised that they're getting so much grief about the museum pose, people have raved about the Sano for years which is in an almost identical pose. The sculpt is even better on this one...
