Returned Shin Akuma for a FULL Refund?

Who here has returned or cancelled a Shin Akuma or even Akuma for a FULL Refund?

NO replacements or partial refunds.

If so please tell of the experience. Was shipping both ways refunded? How long did the process take?
How many communications were required?

Or maybe you are still working on a return for a FULL refund?

If you have any supporting emails and don't mind please provide that information as well.

Yes, please I want to know as well. Waiting for these return or cancelled ones to go up for sale? Anxiously waiting to get these for retail, or if not, early bird price..

People have been waiting months for refunds. Maybe PCS is short on funds?

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

I think Jerry already mentioned he already has cancelled ones that will be put in warehouse gem in the future. I don't see people cancelling most will just complain degrade Jerry and realize they can live with the flaw and keep him. How many people say they are done with pcs but still order or was going to quit pcs when website crashed on akuma and still ordered 15k worth of products. Rinse wash repeat.

I currently have a request to see how much my refund would be for Shin, will it include shipping etc..... I'm coming up on 3 weeks deep into another return and they've stopped replying so I am not expecting an answer on shin anytime soon if at all.

Cross country skiing is great if you live in a small country.

A couple of members have voted. Does anyone care to elaborate on the experience or terms?

For some it's not they can't handle imperfection but the longer term aspects. As many here have stated the cracking has accelerated and people may be concerned of the condition in a short year or 2.

I'm guessing no one got an answer from Customer service about return shipping costs being refunded hence this thread.

If so, doubt any has done so (return to sender) without customer service response.

I can believe it, it's not a small issue. I'm keeping mine but I certainly understand it.

I cancelled Shin Akuma for a full refund and it took over two months for them to finally cancel it (February). I sent a ton of emails in those two months.

Cancelling for a refund shouldn't be an issue as they sent the following email out months ago. The last line is the important one. -

Hello Collector

Apologies for the delays, but this is a very challenging statue to create and we are trying to get the highest quality collectible possible.

Currently, the Street Fighter Akuma & Shin Akuma 1:3 Statues are scheduled to be arriving in our warehouse late May/early June. We understand that is a significant delay but we want everyone to consider this the ultimate collectible when it comes to this game and we do not want to cut any corners.

If you would like to cancel for a full refund that is acceptable as we have a wait list a mile long.
