The $50 coupon was a neat gesture, and I bet it's been effective for Sideshow - in my case it was enough to push me over the edge and preorder a $900 statue (P1 Venom).

I hope they do! I've always felt bad that these things cost so much more for folks outside of specific countries (kind of what US folks feel now with XM stuff, I guess).

Yea, got one too.. used it for anything over 200.00..Just says We just wanted to say THANKS really that's it! So,because you're great..that's word for word. 
Came in the USPS mail as sideshow like a birthday card.
