I saw that the shipping box says 3010 pieces but statue and product box are unnumbered. Whatever this means for the ES.

You do realise that Bischoff don't work for Blizz anymore, right? When I showed off my statue to him, he sent people to the gear store to 'buy your's now people' when clearly, there has been no statues for a long time now. I'd take his info with a grain of salt. But of course, keep on checking the store page, who knows.

Unfortunately, mine came in with a damaged tooth. It must of broke off during transit.
It's such an awesome piece too. Hopefully, I will be able to get a head replacement.

Bummer. If you can't get a replacement, good news is it's on a small part, so easy to ship and get professionally repaired, or do it yourself. GL!

That sucks, but like SDguy said if they can't find you a replacement it shouldn't be difficult at all to repair. Good luck either way.
