If it's anything like past preorders, the money is charged immediately, but it'll drop off your pending authorization charges and added back to your bank balance. You'll be truly charged when it ships.

yeah... really do hope for a restock on tracer. missed that one. its been pending restocking since May.
not sure what the motivation to go wave 2 instead, only thing i can think off is in case there are any issues with wave 1 production quality.
Wave 1 of tracer i heard had bad face paint. fixed after that.

im not a fan from Overwatch, but that Reaper statue looks really awesome, i love his pose, i take it for sure
