How come? Price?

PS, got a response from AoW on the scale. It is smaller than Zodd 3.

Maybe it's the picture but I'm not liking that zodd too much...

If I'd buy a headlong custom I would go for the 1/8 scale armored berserk instead, but I only seen it go on ebay once and it was pre-painted in a color I didn't like and far too expensive (well cheaper than most of AoW statues nowadays but you get the point =p)

But there ARE some great customs out there...

I have that SK kit, just need to have someone build and paint it for me.

That DK is a lucky man to have herebemonsters do all his Berserk kits exclusively. One of the best painters I've seen on this board or anywhere else.

Yeah and the 1/5 is just alright, to me. I'd love a high quality 1/4 Guts

That's why I don't buy kits, I don't have the skill to do it myself and don't want to bother someone else to do it... And you never know for sure that you're gonna like the results either.

Hello everyone
I am new to berserk statues and just got my first one in the mail today. I received this one http://www.art-of-war.co.jp/english/...il.php?gid=277

I ordered it from herehttp://www.amazon.com/Berserk-Fencer-Limited-Bloody-Figure/dp/B002LQBX6G/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=1288055526&sr=8-5

I was not sure what to expect so I wanted to ask a few questions. It came in a red box that said Exclusive Edition III on a gold sticker in the bottom left corner is this right? Also where is the serial number? I thought they were limited to 500 pieces.

Welcome to the forum, Tatsumaki. The box sounds right. The statue you bought is PVC. They don't number those, but they do number the ones made of polystone.

ahh now I understand the polystone ones come in the black boxes. Can anyone recommend a display case for this figure? I have a detolf but I want to put if somewhere else. I would get a basketball case buy it wouldn't fit, I think.

Also does anyone know what this is?

The base seems to be covered with snow and blood? I have not seen this anywhere.

I don't see any snow, but it definitely looks like heavy blood. Maybe the dark blood version?

Hard to say looking through the shiny plastic.
