Not A complaint, but an observation. It should have had jarnbjorn as the exclusive. It makes way more sense to put the axe with this Thor than it does Jane. Young Thor as well as unworthy Thor rocked it hard. And if any of you read Uncanny Avengers, the argument could be made that for awhile jarnbjorn was more powerful than Mjolnir. Jarnbjorn was used to fell a celestial.

Honestly, I would have preferred something else that happened in the story to be the ex. That being said, storm breaker is amazingly made and awesome!

But I believe Jarnbjorn was made for one purpose and one purpose only......to fell Celestials.

I'm sorry to open up old wounds for some, but all I can say is whenever I see a Thor now all I can think of is that amazing XM Thor that was cancelled. Sigh.....

I won't post a picture to get people all riled up lol. It's in the XM Collection listing on their site, and specfictionshop still has it listed in their XM section. Or I imagine you could just Google XM Studios Viking Thor.
Anyway it's not a truly comics-based Thor, it's more of a Viking/Mythology version. Only Thor I ever would have needed.

I’d have to go read it again but I recall it being young Thor’s weapon of choice, and it was later enchanted due to Thor getting his ass thumped by Apocalypse. Then it had the power to fell celestials (seeing as how Apoc powered by them.)

That’s exactly it. I wouldn’t say weapon of choice though. I think they address multiple times that he has attempted and is not yet worthy of mjolnir as young Thor . (Yet)
