I have a complain here. I received the shipping invoice, telling that the freight price was justified because the statue was in United States and i am in China. Later, you tell that the delay is because is coming from China? Is this how it will be? Making money on freight? I feel disrespected. I could have my statue by now and for perhaps $ 30.

First of all apologies, I frankly haven’t been here in a few days...
secondly we are NOT making money off anyone.
I am sure this is a misunderstanding.
The issue is we ship from China to our currier in Hong Kong. We don’t sell or ship directly to China, we just don’t. We asked our factory to do it, but they won’t.

Please very kindly, before accusing us make sure you got all the facts right.

Hi Diego,
We have been more than gracious with you, offering to pay half for shipping, but I’ want you to know we don’t do that... we are just trying to be accommodating.

If you still think this is a problem please let us know if a refund would be the best approach.
We will gladly help you out no problem.
Again we are not making any money off your shipping costs and we appreciate you not making those statements

There is no misunderstanding here. I have on my email the response of one of your team members。 He states that the fact that the shipping price is expensive is because it is in United States and I even questioned why, as I live in China and the pieces need to live China, but he said is in the warehouse in US.

I have the same problem. No one responds to my emails. The shipping is already paid, but I sent 3 e-mails and I did not return for more than two weeks. Before the shipping payment, they responded normally, but not now.
I'm disappointed.

I sent them to these email addresses so they would not say they did not receive it.

Akuma was not in the warehouse but they anticipated that they could not send it until he arrived in the USA, that's why he answered that. They can not send it directly from China so it's too bad but they are not responsible for this problem. I live in France and they don't send it directly from China to my house.
