Same here. I also think a straight museum pose of Colossus would've looked boring. This pose looks a bit more aggressive and I like it.

I agree
It does have that Byrne/Cockrum feel to it and the pose I feel makes it.

I think it's the lean in that makes it awkward for me...

I've always been on the fence about this one. I think the lean is a little off, just doesn't look quite natural to me. Also, Pete needs to be noticeably bigger than the other X-men. He's 7'4". Cyclops should look like a 10 year old next to him.

Considering how questionable some Bowen sizes are (poor perfect museum Storm, ruined by looking like tinkerbell next to Emma lol), the fact that Colossus is at least a head taller than Cyc is good enough for me.

Yeah I can understand that, I've played ball against a 7'4" dude before though and even I was staring him straight in the sternum. I like the big fellas to be truly big.

I'd wager money they did the safer bet.... most people would have called that overscaled, regardless of "comic or official" accuracy, as right as it may be.

Well, I know that Bowen Designs had a height minimum so I'm wondering if there was a height limit on them as well.

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

He's about 2" short of you ask me. The chrome version looks cool as a standalone. Koto fine art was a must for my Colossus.

Bought the US Agent mini bust. I'm rearanging my display (again) so I'll need to find a spot for him. Even though he is labeled as US Agent, I think of it as The Captain. It's just a Cap mini bust repainted.
