How many hours sleep do you get?
How many hours sleep do you get a night, and how many do you think you actually need?
On a work night I get 6-7, but I could easily sleep 11-12 hours a night.

7-10 during the week. On the weekend I usually sleep in until 7:30am or 8am no matter what time I go to sleep.

6.5, every once in a while I need to get some extra and I will go to bed super early. But on average it's 6.5.

I have extreme Insomnia. Im lucky if I get 30 min-1 hr a night. But I usually dont sleep, I just lie in bed wide awake.

6-7 hours a weeknights.
Weekends maybe around 8-9 hours if i keep hitting the snooze button.
I can never go to bed before 1am tho, if i try to it doesnt work, just lay awake till around 1 or so. But i can sleep late as all hell if i dont push myself out of bed.

Monday thru Friday about 5 to 6 hours which leaves me tired all day.
Sat and Sun about 8 hours.
I'd say I need at least 8 hours of sleep a day but it's impossible because of the hours I work.

4-6 hours. It takes benadryl & or booze to get the 6. The amount of stress in my life at this point has me struggling to get that even. I had severe sleep problems when I was younger but my body could handle it, at my age I feel like a zombie if I go a few days without getting 6 hours.
