My friend will get a full replacement,is it possible to get the replacement and choose the best parts from both statues and destroy the faulty parts after this?
Have someone ask this sideshow?

Sounds to me SS is asking collectors to destroy faulty part or full statue before replacement is to be shipped.

Correct. They wouldn’t ship my replacement portrait until I’d destroyed my damaged portrait and supplied a photo.

And if the replacement have some issues the game will startet again and costs Sideshow a lot of money

Yep, it will but this is not the first time they have done this. They did this with my Spider-woman coh replacement. Destroy entire statue first and then get replacement. My replacement had issues.

Not really. Y’all paid 1200 a piece for these and they pumped them out amp xtremely fast. How much do you think it cost them to make these a piece. Over 4000 ToT- the higher the ES- the cheaper each piece is to make.
They already banked off this.

Yeah, I would think an estimated cost for replacements would be factored into their pricing.

I don´t know how calculate Sideshow there prices but for a customer it is like running the gauntlet.
But my friend must accept this to get his replacement.
