Grail Commission - Yes, there's a Pic this Time! :P

I couldn't have dreamed of this turning out as well as it did... Ron (Lim) really outdid himself.

A nice "Farewell to Sakaar" piece, with Planet Hulk visiting his wife one last time before heading to Earth for some good old-fashioned retribution... or.. it's a routine "visit" with his wife, to "catch up".... no telling which planet this is on.

The pain on Hulk's face is priceless; Ron nailed it.

Can't wait to get some inks and colors on this, but... this piece means a lot to me; closure on a great storyline, and Ron nailed just how destroyed Hulk was following Caiera's death. The man takes my ideas and runs wild... I love it.

The best part about this piece is I can have both a day and a night version... love the added touch of the flame above her grave/memorial, which could be either her (essence), a flame, or any number of things.

But.. yeah... as much as I loved that storyline, this is the Creme de la Creme of commissions (for me). For my tastes, Planet Hulk commissions don't get any better than this.
Thank you Ron and Drew, seriously... I'm gushing because this is just.. something else entirely.

I guess you can close/delete that other thread now.

Thanks! This piece is the gem of all of my commissions, now.

He never visited her grave (she doesn't have one). But, I agree... this is a moment that no doubt has occurred "off-panel" by now. No way would the Hulk not honor his wife in some permanent fashion.

I was thinking of having the Memorial on Earth, but... I felt this was more appropriate; nothing to say he couldn't visit another planet in the Tayo system (or some floating chunk of Sakaar ) to bury her, even if it's just a symbolic burial.
