Prime 1 does not have the license for DC 1/4 scale statues. I believe Sideshow has that locked down which is why Prime 1 did that Justice League 1/4 scale series in conjunction with Sideshow. It is also why XM could only do Batman in 1/4 scale if they did an alternate version (Samurai line).
