Prime 1 does like the ninja styled stuff.
(not seen this pred movie yet)
Base is boring and it has the toy vibe.
All this new 1/4 - 1/3 promo material made, no wonder production is stalling..

Production wouldn't really have much to do with prototypes, they would be designed and made in house.

Fine tuning sure, but you think they don't outsource all the bulk casting work of these.
Even if they don't, managing multiple projects like this eats time also..

The people working on the prototypes aren't likely to be the ones that have anything to do with production, especially for a company on the size/scale of P1.
Also yes I don't think they outsource it really, and even the smaller companies that do outsource their prototype printing and casting did so locally as it's too much time, effort, and back and forth to do it with a studio in china. Seriously even ARH, one of the smallest companies that do statues, have their own printer capable of printing out their prototypes, and the few casts they do of the prototype (if at all) are also done in house. Bulk casting wouldn't really be a prototype stage thing.
Additionally even if they did outsource, and they did so to China, it likely wouldn't be to the same people that do the mass production.

I think this will get cancelled for sure if they even try to put this out for PO. Even though I saw this movie, it was so forgettable, I actually thought this was just some generic character with no source material when I saw these pictures. I needed people to remind me this was from the last movie.
I also thought we'd for sure see pics of Wolf, Celtic and maybe even a P2 Elder. Making this was just a waste of time.

I'll buy it assuming it gets made. I didn't take the film all that seriously so it doesn't bother me much. I like this design because it reminds me of something crazy you'd see in the comics.

I was thinking in line of time consuming, about 15 next level prototypes at once.

It was the pod it was in I believe, this isn't a predator it's a pred suit made for a human so it was all folded up and such inside.
