Paid $240 for my NIB Emperor, so it's VERY possible getting one for $150 without box and COA. I've seen some unboxed ones going for that already. Go for it!
Just make sure the seller packs it well, since it'a heavy mofo!

Well ,guys..I received the Palpatine,in question...and even though the seller did wrap it ,in my opinion, very well,,the statue arrived broken... ...the body and upper throne all were intact,,and I was very happy to see it was in excellent condition, until I completed the unwrapping process and placed the statue on a table and noticed that the emperor's feet were sticking up off the base. I looked underneath and the support column was not supporting the upper throne, and the base of the seat, was cracked. It seems the box was dropped and the weight of the upper part of the statue cracked the lower base. I can't tell u how upset I am. Luckily the statue was insured, and the seller suggests I take it to the Post Office. Has anyone else had a similar problem, and had to get the insurance money?..Do they keep the statue ?..and if I get to keep it,,is there anyway I can repair it ,so at least I can display him..cause besides the damage underneath,,which u can't really see,,the statue is in good condition.

That sucks. Hard to say how your local Post Office will handle your insurance claim since they all seem to do things a bit differently. You should be covered though. Best of luck to you.

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.
