Where was this said because Sideshow isn't responding to emails. I sent one in Feb 26th and still haven't received a response.

First, about the EX edition size -- I have nmber 238 of 250. Mine is numbered on the box and base.

Second, holy sh!t Dr. V, that is a bold move to lay the whole statue on it's side to show the base. I would have taken She-Ra and Kowl off before laying it down.

I haven't gotten an email reply back yet, but I hope this isn't the case. I can't believe that PCS wouldn't have made spare parts in case of breakage. Isn't the a normal thing?! Hope we both get replacements.

Everything stuck where they were supposed to be and nothing broke, including her hair..So, I guess all is well!

So they are fixing webbing on Chun Li’s hands but we can’t get replacement heads? I’m hoping they make our issues right too.
