Yes, even though it was double brown boxed.
Oh and never try to purchase anything thru their website. Once you have a damaged item you have to pay for return shipping.

It seems that they hire people that work like robots, where the company banks that they don't take the initiative to actually or perhaps ask someone of authority to see if they will take care of it. Or perhaps the company conditions them that way!! who knows

Ok, I want to their website to see their return policy, and here is what they had to say...
RETURN POLICY
Collections
You may return any shipment at your expense within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price less any shipping and handling charges, if applicable. We recommend that you call customer service to advise us that you are returning a shipment so we may provide you with the correct return address.
Special Shipments
If you do not wish to keep a special shipment you receive, you may return it at our expense within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price and any shipping and handling charges, if applicable. We recommend that you call customer service to advise us that you are returning a shipment so we may provide you with the correct return address.
I'm not sure what "Special Shipments" really mean.
I can see that with this special return shipment, they will absorb the shipping/handling. So I don't think my item qualifies for this or does it?.
