I had the original EX I liked it but sold it. Could never figure out what was going on with his right hand. Kinda looks like he was supposed to be holding a pistol or something.

Nice review. I think it would help this statue to have a gun in his right hand, not an Ultron head.

That looks stunning. If I already owned the OG Cap PF, I'd do this in a heartbeat. Unfortunately I passed on this PF because of the cloth on it. Picking it up now at aftermarket prices and then paying someone to do the conversion would be very pricey.

The first Cap really is the best Cap out there. Better than this Sidshowified version and way better than the two over-rated and overpriced XM versions.

The OG Cap after it's been converted to fully sculpted looks great! It's a stinker though in it's original mixed media form (imo). Passed on it back then when I could have gotten a decent discount on it because it looked too much like a doll and it looks even worse now. For me, I would say this newest Cap is the best one out there if you want a modern take while the last XM Cap (SoL) is the one to buy if you want a more "classic" take on Cap.

I agree. I've gotten rid of many og sideshow pieces, but cap ex. In my opinion best pose for him and all the nice switch out. I'm sure down the line someone will produce something insanely better, but for me it reminds me of the good old days of collecting, especially sideshow pieces.

Wow! That looks great! But custom is another level of expense.
Back to the new Cap PF. I think the videos and images of this piece looks amazing. If you listen to interviews with Daniel Bel you will hear about his passion and attention to detail on anatomy and that truly comes through on this Cap. I look forward to owning this piece!
