I don't think you're the only one. Of all the JND pieces made so far, I see TDK Joker up for sale the most. Even the dreadful Arthur Fleck isn't up for sale as much.
I'm only going by photos and video, but TDK Joker seems like a real fail to me, it just doesn't seem to look anything like Heath Ledger.....

The resemblance is great from certain angles, not so great feom others.
It seems to be, the lower pov you look at it, the less impressive the likeness.

It definitely looks better looking from above, but I don't really need it to be 100% accurate from all angles in smaller scales. If it were 1:2 or 1:1, I'd be a little more critical. The finish on this "Artist" edition still seems to be a little inconsistent. I look forward to seeing it in person this year though.

Received my Artist Edition today, really happy with it. Definite keeper. Hoping that the QS life size bust goes up for preorder soon, that’ll be my last Ledger Joker piece.

Pros:
Very well done. Nice attention to detail. The hair, the costume, the paint overall. The grenades. The likeness. The rooter hair (I need to spend a little time messing with it).
Cons:
Like others, that it’s not numbered (even my wife, who usually couldn’t care less about my collectibles asked me “what number did you get?”), the bottom of the base is unfinished, and I kinda would of liked the black around his eyes a little darker and the white on his face a little heavier.
But like others have said, his appearance changed during the movie. Even a bit in the Gotham boss meeting, I think.
