I love the director Ben Affleck movies, but none of the mondo prints dropping monday do it for me. Maybe The Town variant, but eh.

What are the odds of there ever being a The Town print released again? I figured you veterans in the game would have a better insight into what films typically get multiple prints over the years.

I hope this means we will get a good Batman print now if the Superman/Batman movie is good.

I really can't believe Mondo still hasn't released a Dark Knight Trilogy set of prints. It doesn't make sense at all.

I know right, my number 1 on the Mondo wish list.

I'd love to see something in the line of stouts style, or the taylor watchmen, different color scheme, characters, scenes, vehicle for each movie would be epic.

Sadly, I think if they were going to do a Dark Knight by Tyler Stout, Martin Ansin, or Ken Taylor they would have released it by now. Unless DC keeps sending them back and asking for better. Since Martin Ansin made the Man of Steel I would think something else is going on behind the scenes. Who knows what since basically the same people are in charge for both Man of Steel and the Dark Knight movies. A Martin Ansin Dark Knight Trilogy would be awesome. They could release them together just like the TRON and Star Wars prints. They would have to be at least an 1000 to 1500 normal edition not to piss people off.

A timed release would be nice. Part of me is starting to think that Mondo should just do timed releases for all the big superhero movies that they do. It doesn't feel the same as the old days. But it doesn't piss people off or play into the hands of scalpers. Besides so many Mondo releases are on the artsy side that the big ones that the mass audience likes will get more and more people on Mondo's site. And honestly I just don't want to play the refresh game anymore. I think it's stupid to wait hours for the small possibility to "win" a print.

Looks like that Affleck directors series was a bit of a flop. 3/4 prints were available well into the evening with Argo still up on the site.
I may be talking out of turn but the whole exercise seemed to be a bit of gambit to favorably position themselves for the Bats/Sues releases.
