I'd say the gullible ones are the people at Minyanville, if they actually think that the legal action has been brought because of the 'supersonic' deer. If they had actually read the article they got the ad from, they would have found that it has to do with Optus not disclosing details of download speed being throttled if you go over your limit.

Optus always uses animals in their ads. I haven't seen this one before but I think its laughable that they can get sued over this
