Well, I am pretty special.

Did you send photos with your request?

Paul Higdon responded. Last couple of times I got Daniel, who was not very helpful.

Frankly though, I was surprised they got back to me so fast.

I called last Wednesday during the day. Sent a full description with pictures Wednesday night. Called again last night and calmly and politely expressed my frustration in getting no response at all, while other people are getting responses within 24 hours. Was told my concerns would be sent right away to the returns department. Now, another day goes by and again, not even a simple "we're checking if we have a replacement." Literally, radio silence.

Now, I'm getting very angry.

thanks. Was at a con and some guys were selling swords. Picked up the purple-ish one thinking it would look great with Psylocke. Then I saw the Hattori Hanzo-Bride's sword and jumped on that quickly. XD

Seriously though, hopefully they get both of us sorted. I would have lived with the thigh scratch, but a broken base...yeah, I am going to need them to do something about that.
