I want SS to do the Original Seven so I can have this and Assemble on opposite sides of a room facing each other. I know there’s other ways to get it, but yeah. Since Avengers has a gold matte this one needs silver.

Got the X-Men print today, and it looks awesome besides the Batman one...LOVE THEM!!

This is the one I'm waiting for. I don't think I was collecting when they released the first one (Liberty and Justice).

I have both originals and can attest to the beauty of those 2 Alex Ross works!

A must for any Alex Ross Fan!

As a fan they are in my eyes the best of his works and were crucial to obtain in my collection.

I definitely wasn’t collecting anything high end. Comics bought with my allowance money or from my first job was probably all I was collecting at the time lol.

I’m digging both of your walls. I’ve been so statue heavy I’ve neglected my own wall art needs. I bought Assemble framed but I have prints from cons and other various places and a bunch of original movie posters that will need framing.

Ya the rabbit hole can get very deep when collecting this stuff, when its a print you need to frame it, when its a statue you need to in-case it and so on. it can become a bottomless pit of expenditures. Two rules of mine to help keep it sane is only collect what you love not what you like, and if I cant fit an item in to my home office in a neat and tidy manner than it is one item to many to collect.

Its hard to abide by the rules but it sure helps keep you in check. My office is a culmination of 25 years of collecting, as tastes change an item has to go before the new one comes in, and that's how the collection evolves over time, but the number of items generally always stays the same.

Having said that, here is some pics of the rest of the room...

That’s one thing I learned from watching Gem Mint’s videos, don’t be too attached to the pieces in your collection so you can cycle things in and out. I agree 100% though, only but what you love. I like a LOT but in most cases I’m good.

I’m at the point now where I’m looking to get rid of more and don’t even need to though lol. I like to enjoy what I have but at the same time it feels good to be free from attachments sometimes.

I do need to get one or two of those statue cases like you have though in addition to getting frames for my prints.
