The worst thing is, she actually fits the base with no trouble.

Now I play the waiting game.

The base has a crack on the other side too where it sticks out the furthest.

Bad design on that.

Pics of the damage.

Let us know if they require you to send the whole statue back.

The crack on the other side is not obvious unless you get it from the right angle. I couldn't get that to show up in a photo though. But its definitely a weak spot that wouldn't handle too much time in that box going from place to place.

Head sculpt is awesome, the piece itself is a thing of beauty.

First, she has a scratch/gouge on her inner thigh.

Then the tip of the base came broken. In fact it actually doesn’t look like it matched even without the break, so pretty sure that’s a factory screw up.

I see....the broken piece is strange....it does not even have any kind of paint....welll...juat let us know if you need to ship back the whole thing....mine has a very small chip on one of the small flame tips that i did not mention to sideshow because they might require me to ship the whole thing back....from my experience any damage to the base i had to return the whole thing or keep it with a credit.

Yeah, the tip is completely opaque. It’s as if they broke it at the factory and then stuck it back on.

I need some advices here.

Mine just come in and like some others experienced before, there is 1 big millimeter under each feet.

I tried to push, tried to wait a day in warm environment, but that's all. I don't know what the problem is : maybe the metal peg is too long, the resin peg is to long or the base hole schrunk.

That's dont bother me so much, and I'm not into crushing it and ask for a replacement because the piece is absolutely well painted. I don't want to play russian roulette to get a worse one.

What would you do in my case ?

Mine has a 3mm - 4mm gap below the front foot. I decided to keep the piece and look into fixing it myself. For the moment i cannot separate the base from the piece. In the meantime i sliced up a piece of rubber and placed that under the front foot to stop any leaning issues.
