I envy you, sir.

Awesome collection, and superb cabinet.
We were in London a few years ago and noticed that the homes were fairly narrow and compact. I had assume this was due to the high property values in the city. I assume that once you moved into the suburbs the size of the homes would increase.

Hi Robot, the floor is a laminate and fairly inexpensive. They go from 0.69 $2.00 per square foot. The one we used was $1.29 per square foot. It is also fairly easy to install. A series of interlocking boards.

Really? Looks very nice. From the pics I would guess real hardwoods. Anyway, everything looks great.

Good to see anoth er fellow canadian on the board..
Im in the middle of the renos also... im doing a custom cabinet also you have a very nice setup i hope you dont mind if i ask a couple questions.

1. What thickness of the glass on the shelves and glass doors?

2. Whats the size are the doors and cabinets? Or even better what are the dimensions of the full cabinet? i have an 8ft x 8ft opening.... yours looks wider.

3. What are you using to hold those shelves up? tabes on the sides? brackets?

That's one hell of a nice display. I'd love something just like that, eventually. It pains me to think what it would cost to collect that many statues though. I'm jealous.

1. The glass shelves are 10mm. The doors are a bit thinner, I think they are either 6 0r 8 mm.

2. The doors are approximately 72 inches high and the total width is about 110 inches.

3. The shelves are being held up by nickle shelving pins with rubber rings around them.
