What's the deal with this guy? I know he owns DCBS but I bought a Bowen Man-Ape Bust from him and it arrived damaged. I've e-mailed him 3 times since last week and even filed a Paypal dispute and he's not responding at all.
I have to say, I'm a little surprised by this.

must be out of his control. if he doesnt respond to the dispute it defaults in your favor so i really doubt hes doing that intentionally.

That's really unusual. I have dealt with him several times over the past few months and never had anything but good transactions. It's possible he's away on vacation or out of town on business.

I bought a Cyclops MB from him a week or two ago, and when it arrived, I received two of them. I've emailed to let him know and asked what he'd like me to do, but I haven't heard back from that, either.

I have purchased a ton of stuff from them and never had a problem. I did send them a email two weeks ago and they just responded today...which is very unsual.

I have bought a lot of stuff from him. I will say that as of late his quality of service has gone down. Shipping has taken much longer, and communications have been non-existent. I bought a Cyclops and Firelord MB from him on May 2nd and have still not received a shipping update.
