Spring (2014) fantastic little indie horror set in Italy. A young American meets an Italian girl with a very dark past. Beautifully shot and never boring. 8/10

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies (2014) - 9/10

Nice conclusion to a somewhat overstretched film series. Its hard not to like these epic type movies.

Home 6/10

A very different and original concept for the plot of the film. This one could have been great and had a few good "lessons for the youngins" but the film was clumsily put together and paced which ultimately kept it from being a great family film.

My 6 year old said she liked it but it really didn't seem to grab her as I have seen so many other films do.

It could have been rated 1/10 and I would still have to take the granddaughter.

Penguins of Madagascar 8/10

Thought this would just be a lazy spin off but was a pretty decent movie with some actually funny moments.
