I hope this isn't true...I've been patiently waiting for 1/4 DC stuff from XM and avoided PO'ing some of the other pieces I could have jumped on.

Whoever that someone was that said that is clearly ignorant to what XM can and can't do with the DC line. Bryan already stated that DC is moving ahead in the Q&A section...but that there is a change to the forthcoming line that will more than likely be revealed at STGCC 2017.

I reckon without saying anything....some MAY / WILL be happy with the changes and others disappointed. What's to come will be extremely impressive all the same!!

I wonder what sort of change they mean. I hope everything isn't the samurai stuff like they're releasing now. Guess we'll find out in September...which will be nearly a year since they announced the line.

Well if it's anything other than 1/4 and classic then I'll probably be disappointed. I was really looking forward to seeing what XM could do there. I doubt I'll want to invest in any more original takes (if thats the route they're taking) besides their Rising Sun line, but I don't doubt it will still be impressive. The wait for the reveal is annoying lol.

I don't think it has anything to do with a creative DC line like Samurai if that is what you mean.

I understand XM created the "Samurai" line for Batman and then landed the DC license for 1/4 scale statues. So, will they now be able to go back and do a different non-Samurai version of Batman?

I only ask because I would like to have an XM "Trinity" at some point but not sure how things will work out with their Batman?

I don't care whomever XM makes out of DC, and I don't even collect male statues, but for the love of God -- make a Flash statue!

Poor Flash fans have been jerked around more than Juggernaut fans.

Judging from lorics comments above I would have to say that either we are only getting Elseworlds 1/4 scale from XMs DC line OR that they may be doing a different scale.

In the end the 1/4 scale classic DC line seems to be on hold.
