I get the impression HMO might have bit off more than they can chew with Sorrow. Or maybe the factory bit off more than it could chew given HMO high level of expectation when it comes to high end results.
HMO delivered when it came to Ren. My guess is, HMO will see to it that Sorrow turns out just as impressive.
The fact remains, given how long ago Sorrow went up for pre_order, the piece should have shipped before many of HMO other pieces that have shipped. What should have shipped in 2019 should ship before the end of 2020

I forgot about him. I get the impression HMO struggled to deliver Sorrow. Sorrow was first shown ages ago. For some reason, pieces from other lines appeared and shipped in a shorter space of time compared to Sorrow. Morrigan being a prime example, probably because the character proved massively popular.

I wonder if they de-prioritized it to get higher sellers out the door. I think I preordered sorrow in late 2017 or 2018?
Either way, I’d really like Necrosis to complete the set.

Only 2 days remaining of July. Sorrow is supposed to ship at the end of July. Somehow i cannot see that happening. Sorrow was supposed to ship in 2019. HMO appear to have a mountain to climb getting Sorrow out the door. Given all the delay's i can see many being put off collecting the Bathos line. I for one am done with the line.

It does appear that way. HMO have fallen into PCS style delay territory when it comes to Sorrow. Like (the old Jerry M.) PCS, H.M.O. are small. I get the impression Sorrow was put on hold, possibly due to lack of sales/funding to prioritize faster sellers such as Morrigan. During a recent interview there was mention of factory's holding pieces up to make way for the likes of Sideshow who offer more work, larger runs etc. Many statues by different companies are made in the same factory.
