Dont think it is. At the same time I wish it is and then I don't, as I think it would be extremely Pricey.
Also Dont see the point of it moving.

So this would be the scene where he rips the skin off his arm in T2. QS did say it would have a animatronic arm, but nothing about his head moving.

With the animatronic head and arm in 1:1 scale this is going to cost $10,000 at least.

That is pretty freakin dope, but I think I will stick to my original BD version. I can't see the cost being justifiable. Your screwed if those animatronics die.
