Quick Attakus ES question

Tried a search, too many threads popped up so I'll ask a quick question regarding their ES. Most of the Attakus statues have an ES out of 1500, so when you see one that says Japan version X/200 for example, is that 200 a part of the 1500 or is it over and above (ie. 1700 worldwide)?

its an additional 200, so 1700 in total. however, not all statues have been released in japan...

- clonetrooper
- han solo
- jango fett
- jawa
- ben kenobi
- padme amidale

obviously jabba, hooka pipe, salacious crumb, bronze yoda, sandy sergeant havent been released additionally for japan....
