Pat has been in touch with me and offered to draw a replacement. (As he posted at Bleedingcool). I have proposed a compromise and will let everyone Know how/when this is resolved.
Again, I want to note, unlike some experiences we have seen here, I did not think Pat was trying to pull a fast one or anything.
I thank everyone for their support I trying to get the issue on Pat's radar as it finally worked.

It took all this to admit he lost it, that's a shame because I am sure Bill would have been open to different solution with that being the case. At least this looks like progress.

Losing the art was unfortunate but understandable as things happen.
Pat and I have made an agreement that instead of a new catwoman he is going to create a piece with a character of his choosing and donate it to be auctioned off for the Hurricane Sandy Relief effort

Seems like he could have said that all along, but at least now whatever is created will go to a good cause.
