You know what, maybe you meant if the item is in stock. I did buy a statue that was in stock and they charged me the statue and shipping price upfront, then sent it out a few days later.

When I did a payment plan for DD3 and another they incorporated the shipping into the payments.

Every pre-order I've made through the website has had the shipping included upfront for full pay or divided into each monthly payment.
One exception was Sha-Ryn. For some reason shipping didn't calculate for me at the time, so I assume they'll bill me when she's ready.
The only other exceptions for me were DD1 and Huntress with Cats but I ordered those via e-mail and arranged to pay the shipping later.

It was automatically added to my payments when I did it through the site. Pretty crappy if you ask me. Its bad enough they don't hold the last payment back.

I like it like that no need to worry about paying anything afterwards ,I just receive the statue when it shows up.

I sort of resigned myself to always having money going off to ARH so what's a few extra bucks for shipping 🙂
