I'm no pro, but I'm seasoned enough through all the SF's ever released to know she's low tier

If you're placing unreleased characters into a tier list you might not know as much as you think.

She's in story mode, she's playable, and she's lame *shrugs* Pro's have been getting to her level and losing on purpose just to get to replay her and have an early understanding of how she plays, and they all say she's low tier. On top of that, there are mods to unlock her character on PC for single player giving people a chance to practice with her, and again she's lame lol

Unless you're being sarcastic, you should know that people who are good at Street Fighter will find you placing Juri at "low tier" status based on YOUR experience with her in STORY MODE hilarious, ridiculous and very telling of your overall knowledge.

She may end up being low tier. She may be top tier. But there is absolutely ZERO way you know that now.

She's unreleased. Give her a day before you give up on her.
