I ordered mine though SPEC as well but nothing from them yet. Last email from them was when I ordered it January of last year.

I asked Todd not more than four days ago if he'd had any further word on this, or had gotten any head's up yet from XM.
He said he hadn't heard anything.

Now, all of a sudden, there's a ground shipping label created.

I guess my point was that four days ago (may even have been Sunday), he hadn't heard anything.

So I'm wondering just how preliminary the label creation is. Did they just show up, en masse at casa del Spec, or did he generate the labels because he expects them to show up soon?

Not that it really matters. I was prepared to wait longer anyway given the circumstances.

I was just curious if this was going to be a situation like the XM/LBS Cap which is going to take an estimated four to six weeks to get here via economy shipping. A UPS ground label, from Spec itself, sounds like he's getting the stock first and then shipping them out. If that's the case it could be ground travel time + a few more days (a week+ ?) of shipping prep time before we see these in hand.
