I dont doubt it will happen but not till after evo. As of now if they introduce more chars it will need to be rebalanced for them and would piss a ton of the pros off for EVO.

So i bet that rumor of a balance change will happen with a addtional chars or two.

I honestly think they are going to watch what happens online with the release of AE over the next few months. If they see more people drop AE or move back to super, they will know they F-ed up with the masses who buy the game.

I dunno if I believe Ono, hes quite the troll and he knows it and loves it...ill believe when I see confirmation (hoping if its true it'll be Charlie or Rolento or Alex)

Well that one guy who spilled all the past rumors and was correct did mention there was gonna be 6 characters for AE.

A lot of people are saying maybe they ran out of time for when AE came to arcades and only had time for the twins, oni and evil ryu. So maybe a surprise will happen for AE next week, and possible include the 2 other chars.

Its very possible cause the arcade cabs are hooked up to the net where they can be patched.

I think they have the two other characters like they had Dee Jay and Hawk made but didn't include them in Vanilla. I'm guessing they will be DLC. Karin is one of them. The other one could be Hugo, Alex or Sean, since Ono is botching up Nakahira's story.

I really hope its not Karin, I FREAKIN hate the schoolgirl characters in SF, way too many of them, the game already has sakura, ibuki and makoto all of which are super lame IMO last thing it needs is yet another stupid school girl

Well, she's not a shoto, nor are the are other characters except Sakura, which like Dan, started as inside joke to mock SNK. I would not mind her being in the game.

They need to throw in more alpha chars.

Birdie, Rolento, Sodom would make the game interesting with their move sets.

But if they got lazy they could clone out the last two slots with Juni and Juli (cammy clones).

it just seems the spots could go to characters that are a lot more original and have better movesets then Karin, like VV said Birdie, Rolento or Sodom have kick ass specials that would really compliment the current roster. If they wanted to do some third strike characters, Urien would be cool, or Q, or Oro or Alex
