i actually think the extra characters are overkill. Not many out there that have too much appealt to me except for maybe Eagle or Birdie (is he still black?).
Alex & Nash would definitely look cool.
I was actually hoping to see some extra stages & better music.

"F" Street Fighter III characters. Give me Birdie, Sodom, Rolento, and Charlie Nash.
I too would like to see more new stages. And while they're at it, bring back the old announcer from vanilla SF IV.

looks like we are going to have to convince capcom to give us a arcade DLC. Ono posted in his own words that if people want the same patch on consoles as in the arcade we will need to demand it.
So i guess it will happen if people complain enough.

well if it's yun and yang they can keep them 
they need to look at balancing again, I stiil can't understand some of the buffs/nerfs they did
