Hmm, so this means no new 1/4 Vampi from SS? And thus, no new Harbottle Vampi from SS?

Why am I asking the question?
Basically I'm wondering if 1/4 scale license is exclusive to one company, the way they sometimes are. ie if PCS is now making 1/4 Vampi, SS isn't.

Hopefully the portrait will be better on the 1/4th than it was on the 1/3rd.

I doubt dynamite would be willing to make any licenses to their stuff exclusive especially for 1 off products.
Not even Sideshow has that clout but PCS isn't even on that level.
