I dunno but I feel like the company would still owe it's customers.

Personally, the Howling is thee best interpretation of what I consider a Werewolf should look like! Not that abomination like Underworld. Selene is exempt from this film, she's a vampire & a freakin hottie.

Why does anyone believe this?

If corporate debt were so easily transferred companies would "sell" millions of their debt to individuals and just let them be "bankrupt" on paper in lieu of the coproation.

Just because 2 parties enter into an agreement, that does not make it legal.

Regardless, highly unlikely Jerry's lawyer would have agreed to the terms that Jerry would be solely responsible for all undelivered statues.

Also highly unlikely that Ant Adams and Mark martin could have escaped successor liability to all of PCS creditors, i.e. all of us, especially in California.

No one pays out millions of dollars they don't have to just to appease a customer base that will naturally dissolve anyway.

Please PLEASE stop believing people that sell statues.
They are literally in the business of selling illusions.

Ant/PCS does know. He stated that when he took over PCS there was zero obligation on his part to pay back the debt left by the former owner. However (i think i heard it right) Ant/PCS did payback something like 1 million worth of debt to customers/collectors.
The bottom line was, he had to draw a line somewhere.

Something else to remember. If Ant had not taken on PCS, the company was 'apparently' on the brink of collapse.
Things could have been so much worse for collectors, including myself.

The one thing i thank Ant for, is making Mileena 1/3 happen. My PCS Mileena 1/3 is my favourite piece in my collection,
i really mean that.

/back to The Howling

Dog soldiers is still for me the best Werewolf film but the Howling design is great.

I have no idea what is the TRUTH, Say I was Ant I would have made the contract just like he said. Jerry didn't like that then I'd say NO THANKS. Have to think Ant had his people audit the books. They had to find the company was a mess

If PCS remakes the howling werewolf, it would be best if there was no switch out portrait, unless it can be done without a seam.

I don't realistically think we are going to get a switch out head here.

I do think there could be ways to do it that would minimize a seam, because this is all going to be sculpted hair and a jagged hair edge that overlaps more hair around the shoulders might not be super obvious.
But again, I doubt they would even try to do that.

An American Werewolf In London remains my fav Werewolf film. I watch it atleast once per year, it never grows old.

On the other hand, i watch The Howling on Blu-ray last year or the year before, and that movie has dated quite a bit. I still like it. I love the theme that plays at the end when the burger is cooking and credits roll.

I tried once to watch Dog Soldiers and could not get into it. Maybe i should give it another chance.
