Edit for archive - Just for record, I had to cut up my canvas and send it to them before I got the replacement, so the ES will not be compromised

Fantastic! It really didn't seem like something that was your fault. Glad you contacted them, and it's great that they owned up to it. The cost of giving you a replacement is so much less then what you paid for it, as much of the cost went to DC/Warner Bros, Ross & Lee. All they have to do is eat the costs of the materials and shipping...
