Wow, he looks so awesome!

I really like the portrait sculpts on these statues.
The pose is fantastic, it has movement, a feeling of grace but it is also intimidating.

The only thing I would change is the paint on the base. I think the bricks should look more like debris, so I would add some darker washes and get it to look more messy. Maybe stick in some wires or piping to look more like a demolished wall. But these are simple changes that a collector can add themselves, if they are looking to customize it.

I have all my X-Men on a "Billy" bookcase from Ikea. With my rapidly dwindling space I am contemplating using one of the corners of the book case and the existing pegs on the figure to mount him off the side.....

Sorry and don't want to start a flame war but man my Bowen AA looks so stiff and lifeless everytime I look at the one done by Erick. There will be a deal to be had on the BD one once SDCC is over methinks....

Thats the problem I've always had with that piece. I like it but its a bit to rigid for such an aggressive character.

That is why I am such a big fan of Kotobukiya and Erick Sosa. They make such dynamic poses that fit the characters. And don't even get me started about the fine details that Erick puts in these figures...just stunning.

I do agree. Koto's is much more dynamic. I collect Bowen Designs' statues too. Lately, some of their newer sculpts are more dynamic, but most are very static-stiff-museum styles. Nothing wrong with that, but just a preference.
