I'm going to end up pushing this out payment wise from Spec. This may also be my last life size bust, but the shipping ended up not being as bad as I thought. Still, in the end, the piece pushing like $2900 with tax and shipping. Just hard to fathom how much we spend on things like this that we don't need. Can't use that money to travel though!

Yea agree, both Queen and Infinity Studios producing some incredible pieces, but shipping is killing the lust for these pieces....
In Australia its not as bad as the US. I just paid $170 for Black Panther. I think I got quoted around $470 for Thanos.

For me it would be somewhere around $3850 with shipping ($900) and tax ($800) included.

Where were you quoted $470?
As Specfiction was $750 to ship to Australia. It has been the only thing holding me back.

yea man, I feel for you intl guys. That's why no matter how much I would like to move out of the US, I could never leave to countries that would highly tax my collectibles

Who gave you the quote for Thanos ? Thats way cheaper than i thought. Or is that quote not for the Lifesize Bust ?
