The only excuse I can accept for an es past 2k is licensing requirements from marvel, and if that were the case then I would ask for a global license in return if I were xm.

Yeah, I didn't plan it that way. But when I saw the craze for pre orders with Magneto, I immediately made it my job to find a distributor. Found out about one, did some asking around, heard good things so ordered the 5 I wanted a took a leap of faith.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but as the conversation has gone the past few days, it seems the private distributors are all dried up. They seem to be at maximum capacity.
