Well i was just kidding about the gel part, but thanks for the advice. I will definitely try that if CM doesn't reply. Even if they do, i'm sure their advice will be the same anyhow.

Question:

If my CM Endo should arrive damaged or similar, would i turn to CM directly and get help or would it be up to the seller to handle it?

I'm hoping to go through CM directly if anything should be wrong with the statue. How does it work exactly?

Thanks, oh and...

Ordered it along time ago but it got delayed and is now ready to ship, but i need to know about the return policy and policy when dealing with damaged CM pieces. I'll check out their site, but some feedback from the SF peeps is always the way to go.

There is no policy as such. if there is a problem with your endo email CM. They may try and sort a spare part (depending on the damage) through your countri'es authorised dealer. If you are lucky you get to deal with CM direct and cut out the middlemen. If this is the case CM turn around pretty quick.

In my case I mailed the damaged endo arm back to CM, and they mailed one back to me after about a week. Trouble is we exchanged emails back and forth on it for a while first...

But yeah, email or call Scott and he will see you right, he's very fair.

Fingers crossed your CM is ok though. Be sure to post pics, I have one, and I've seen loads of pics but I never get worn out from seeing them..!
