Predator license and MR

Can someone help explain to me Master Replica and the licenses they've held? In particular, the Predator license. How long did they have it for and what products other than the spear came from them? I'm trying to get a better understanding of the different product licenses out there and whose hands they've been in in the past.

The only two products they released were the Predator 2 spear & the Hybrid Chestburster from AVP.
Not sure on the exact amount of time that they held the license though.
