Sorayama Commando kit

So I bought this yesterday at my LCS and am wondering what you guys think. I paid $250 for it, but it's missing a spike from her elbow on the arm that isn't holding the gun, and the tip from the barrel of the gun, plus another piece of the gun, and I'm thinking 1 more piece, but I have that, I just don't know where it goes. Over all it still looks awesome, but it's just kinda bugging me. So from the pics, do you guys think I paid too much or did I get a good deal on a hard to find piece? And of course since it's the kit, it doesn't have a box....

Looks pretty awesome. Im a guy who doesnt really care about a few pieces missing so long as it doesnt totally take away from the piece. To me it looks awesome and complete, so who cares?

What scale is this? 1/4? 1/6?
