Logan (2017)

I'm a late comer to Logan. I loved it!
If i had a Top 5 super hero films, Logan would make that list.
The brutality of the claw action - Awesome!

Great movie. Horror and superhero. Wow that was intense and good.

Triple Frontier - 7.5/10

One of my favorite ensemble casts in a long time. Acting and cinematography are excellent as is the premise. It falls just a bit short in terms of overall execution however. That said I really liked this and it’s by far the best Netflix original film I’ve seen to date. Definitely worth a look if you’re into military and or heist thrillers.

X-men Dark Phoenix - 5.5/10 - I decided to give this a go even though I knew what I was getting myself into. Still some parts seemed to shine enough, almost like the original story was trying to break out of the haphazard changes and misguided direction. Ultimately though it still falls flat and the big emotional moments that should be there are clumsy. I don't blame the cast however as you could see they were trying their best with what was written.

Too bad, this should have been an epic film.

Just saw this last night myself and I agree with what you said... IMO Sophie Turner was a bad casting choice, you could hear her struggling with her American accent and I thought her acting was meh.... Usually I like Jennifer Lawrence in movies but I found her really annoying as Mystique... I thought Rebecca Romjin played Mystique way better..

Plus this story pretty much undid everything that happen in the first x-men movies..

Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

Hell Comes to Frogtown - Not even sure what to rate this. It's so bad it's good type of thing.
