I am located in the eastern panhandle of WV near DC. If
You're close and this is an easy fix you'd be willing to do, please let me know.

I was told to use sand paper, primer, brown and black and airbrush. If I can get any tips on brand, colors and application that would be great.

The statue is Art of War's zodd & wyald.

All you need to do is sand it down if its chipped like a M&M where you can see resin and thick paint. Get it smooth then you just need to touch up with the colors you see.

If you got a airbrush that will help a ton, Tamiya acrylic paints will work fine. Hard to tell in the pics on what colors you need tho.

Thank you, sir
Would you recommend sanding away the bit of paint in the middle of the scratch till it reveals all the white poly stone? Or just sand til smooth and airbrush? Does that make sense? It seems there is a bit of paint still intact at the center of the scratch. Is my goal to get it all white and smooth or just smooth. Thanks again.

smooth is all you need.

with small spots i never prime it, don't need too, if it was a major repair then prime would be needed.

So smooth it out, then airbrush paint to match it or as close as possible.
